What this is saying is that you have 100 inbound links, which is a little on the low side. If you would like to improve your visibility online, I would suggest getting many more PR 4 or higher inbound links. Having more high quality links can place you above your competitors.
I would also suggest that you use more generic anchor text, such as Costa Rica Resort, or Hotel Costa Rica.
By using your name in the anchor texts you are missing out on being found by people who don’t know who you are. It is important to be #1 for your name, but it is equally and maybe more important that you show up under key phrases that your target customer who doesn’t already know about you would use.
